heavy lifting

[after finishing giving blood, to nurse]
lady: "so, heavy lifting, running around, no liquids--am I right?"

[giving her the "haha, funny" face]
nurse : "exactly the opposite"

lady: "oh, of course. but can I drink? you know, drink?" 

either I didn't hear the nurse's reply, or she just didn't.
